Returns Policy

PADI Courses

At Essex Scuba, we’re committed to delivering high-quality dive training and excellent customer service. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve created a fair and transparent returns policy to reflect that.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund of your PADI course fee, provided that the course has not yet been started.

A course is considered started when any of the following has occurred:

  • You have received the unique code granting access to the PADI eLearning platform (regardless of whether you have logged in).
  • You have attended any practical training, such as a pool session or in-person class.

Once either of these events has occurred, the course is deemed to have commenced and is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If your course has not started and you would like to request a refund, please contact us by email:

info.EssexScuba@gmail.com

Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The course name and date (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase

We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

Transfers & Deferrals

If you can no longer attend your course but wish to move it to a later date, we’re happy to help. Please get in touch with us before the course start date to discuss your options.
