The EFR Primary and Secondary Care course teaches you exactly what to do in those critical moments between an accident happening and professional help arriving.

With our expert instructors guiding you every step of the way, you’ll learn how to:

✅ Respond to life-threatening and minor injuries
✅ Provide care for illnesses and accidents
✅ Use bandages, splints, and handle choking or spinal injuries
