SEAC Screen Connect Dive Computer

One of the standout features is its large, easy-to-read display. Rather than having to scroll through several screens to find the information you need, the Screen Connect presents your essential dive data clearly in one place. You can also adjust the screen contrast and brightness to suit your preferences and the conditions you’re diving in.

The computer offers three operating modes: Scuba, Gauge and Freedive. In Scuba mode, it manages your dive using the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm, while Gauge mode provides depth and timing information for divers managing their own dive profiles. Freedive mode displays depth, dive time and surface intervals for those enjoying breath-hold diving.

For divers who enjoy using Nitrox, the Screen Connect supports air and Nitrox mixtures, with the ability to manage up to two gas mixes containing up to 99% oxygen. It also includes a dive planner, audible and visual warnings, and adjustable conservatism settings, helping you tailor the computer to your diving needs. Always ensure your gas settings and dive plan are appropriate for your training and planned dive.

We particularly like the two clearly defined front buttons, which make navigating the menus much easier, even when you’re wearing thick gloves. The long strap is also designed to fit comfortably over a drysuit, making it a practical choice for UK divers as well as those heading off on warmer-water holidays.

The Screen Connect can record up to 40 hours of diving in Scuba or Gauge mode, or up to 18 hours in Freedive mode. You can download your dive data and update the firmware using the appropriate connection and SEAC software, allowing you to review your dives afterwards.
